I'm getting old, but that's good news for you - it means that I have twenty five years of research and data experience acquired at media and marketing agencies and clientside. Most recently, I worked at AXA where I co-created AXA Health's award-winning Voice of the Customer programme, headed up the Insight department at AXA Commercial and took charge of strategy for the UK&I Inclusive Insurance work (financial inclusion).
I am qualified by the Market Research Society (Market and Social Research Practice), the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (Information Management) and APMG International (GDPR Practitioner). I am also self-trained in Data Analytics (SQL, Advanced Excel and Tableau) through the General Assembly.
In my career, I have worked for, and won awards for, some of the biggest brands in the UK, including Sainsbury’s, Tesco, AXA and British Airways.
